Sleeping Early

I'm a night owl. I think better at night. So I do my blogging at night, usually because then I can think clearly. But it's unhealthy because I have to wake up early to prepare my kids to school.

So now, my aim for this week is to sleep early, to make up for sleeping later than usual last week. Last week was really terrible. I know. I was reading a book again. And I'm the type that if I read something interesting, I wouldn't stop until I finish it.

So yes, that would be my goal. To sleep early... at least this week. I did last night. Having enough sleep can be the most natural acne treatment one can have.

Anyways, I have finished reading that book already. So I have no reason to stay up late. I hope.
